The names chosen for streets in the yet-to-be-built community of Blairs are St Mary’s Walk, College Gardens, Steeple View, Philosophers Park, and Seminary Road.

The suggestions were put forward to Aberdeenshire Council by North Kincardine Rural Community Council, and the four ward councillors were consulted.
