Asda is looking for more local projects to include in their green token giving programme. Every quarter three local projects are nominated by customers and staff, with shoppers voting with a token.

The latest round of voting has resulted in the Jubilee Hall being awarded £500 from Asda Portlethen. As runners-up Mearns Community Transport and Stonehaven Gymnastics Club won £200 each.

If you wish to nominate a local group please contact the store manager or the community champion. The details they need include the name of the local cause, why they need help, their contact details (name and phone number), and the organisation name and payee details. And your contact details!
