Aberdeenshire Council’s landscape services staff have now repaired the fence beside the bus shelter on Newtonhill Road near to the Park Place junction in Newtonhill.

The fence had been cut leaving wires protruding on to the pavement where they could injure pedestrians.

Why someone would do this baffles me – there is an opening some 10 feet away towards Park Place.
